Summary: I have stayed at this hotel for many years. This year, bearing in mind its winter, the COLD air conditioning was on and l had to use 2 duvets to keep warm at night. I was informed a new system had been installed and they could not alter timer. Each traveller has their own sense of comfort surely each room should be able to control individually.
